About
This About page is tentative. (Not a draft.)
The site was created yesterday, July 4th, 2020. (Happy 4th of July! to friends
in US ☺)
This site is aimed to serve as a hub for efforts to discover methods where energy is not only produced from renewable resources but
also consumed in ways compatible with behavior observed in systems of the
nature (a preliminary definition of the "natural energy cycle" concept)
Let's name it a quest for imitating the nature in heating, cooling, transport,
construction, etc.
We work on developing cooling techniques and systems for buildings where water
evaporation will be the main agent of the cooling process.
I hope to post updates on our work and findings as they are available for
sharing.
I also wish to write on:
- the concept of "natural energy cycle"
- compilation of knowledge to help understand processes involved, specifically evaporative cooling
- our research and the team
- global network of researchers in related areas (I want to create a map also.)
- ...
Brief Background
2013: the idea of designing an evaporative cooling system
2015: the research group and a project proposal
2016: first stage experiments under sponsorship by TÜBİTAK (the NAS of Turkey)
2017: the blog site "dogalsogutma.blogspot.com" (means "natural cooling")
2017-2019: thinking and development in "hibernate" mode
2020: preparation to second stage experiments
2020: this new blog site. The former one will be moved here.
